Each year in the fall your plan will send you an “Annual Notice of Change” (ANOC). This document tells you about any changes to coverage, costs, or service for the upcoming plan year. This document can help you decide if the plan will still meet your needs. The document is typically sent in September of each year.
Keep an eye out for your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) document as well to help you better understand your plan’s cost-sharing and benefits.
